Kurt Cobain was the lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for the Seattle grunge-rock band Nirvana until he killed himself. His death was, for no apparent reason, the most widely publicized and talked about death since Elvis. Yes, he was a troubled youth. Yes, he was in the limelight and his music was really taking off. Yes, he killed himself anyway. Then he had even more publicity. Just accept it and move on.
