all about alt.romance
alt.romance is a Usenet newsgroup dedicated to all things romantic. alt.romance.chat is a rather less serious and less busy version of alt.romance, and the home of the Romantic Fireside Association.
Dave spends a fair amount of his rare free time reading Usenet news, and these are two of the very few groups he actually keeps up with. He replies fairly often to what others have to say, and occasionally starts a new thread when he has something to share. Dave maintains a small collection here of his favorite poems from these two groups, as well as a sample of some of the things he has posted.
I also have a copy of the F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) lists for both alt.romance and alt.romance.chat. It just seems like appropriate information keep available here in Straylight.
